So I normally leave the self photos to the cool people on Facebook and leave myself out, however, I think the hair style I rocked for my anniversary dinner would make a great soft romantic look for a bridesmaid. Curls pinned over one shoulder and pinned away from the face… Its simple but pretty & won’t take attention away from the bride!

One of my lovely girlfriends stopped by this weekend to say hello and she let me hijack her head!She was going to a concert and wanted her hair up off her neck, so I whipped up this fun hairdo and thought I’d share it!

It is also my One Year Wedding Anniversary today!!! 366 (leap year) days ago I married my best friend…and can’t wait to spend so many more anniversary’s with that adorable stud muffin!
My sweetheart got up this morning (he is off work today, I am not) to make Cubs waffles for breakfast, and we are gonna party it up tonight at Mez in Charlotte! If you haven’t had dinner there….make a reservation and GO! Its uber fabulous! Happy 1 year babe…I love you most!
Oh!…and Happy 5th birthday to my fabulous niece Ella Beth!!…Her actual bday was on the 9th but she had her “Horse party at a gymnastics center” this weekend

I had the pleasure of working with 5 girls for prom last weekend! While I don’t have any professional pics from these guys (or really even good ones of their hair – where was Terra when we needed her!!) I thought I would post anyway
This is Brooke! Its a small world as Brooke’s big sister Ashley and I cheered together in High School! I remember Brooke as a little thing tagging along to our cheer parties with her mom…who would always bring the BEST green beans – yes Kristy, I remember them! Well little Brooke is all grown up into a beautiful young lady! …and I have to say I LOVE how she wanted her hair – its different from the side part everyone wants (nothing wrong with a good deep side part but I enjoy changing it up!) Isn’t she gorgeous!!….
Here is Miss Megan! Unfortunately Megan’s dress got ruined at the cleaners only 2 days before prom and this girl had a funeral to attend on the same day as her senior prom….she did not have it easy!! But, the Weaver household (my mom’s house) has tons of dresses so were able to dress her in bubblegum pink and beautify her in time for her to shake her booty at her senior prom….
Last but not least is Madison and Kristen, BFFs and like little sisters to me (well Madison actually IS my lil sis). I french braided hot pink into french braids in Madison’s hair to match her hot pink shoes and created a bow out of her hair in the back – really wishing I had a pic :/
Kristen actually had her hair done at a salon so Madison wouldn’t have to share me (she is a bit territorial when it comes to her hair haha) and I was just going to glam her face….after almost 4 hours at the salon (most of it waiting time) she showed up at Madison’s house….I then plugged up my curling iron and said, “Don’t worry – I can fix it!” She handed me the picture of what she wanted and I (very quickly) whipped it into shape just in time for the girls to make their dinner reservation!!
From what I hear – these two had a blast…
Yes, if you have counted, you only counted four. My 5th lovely lady was Miss Laura Beth who is not my friend on Facebook. Therefore, I was unable to get any pictures of her!! Her mom had said she would email me a few so when I get them I will update this post!!

So I am SUPER late posting this one!! This is Ms. Paige and her guy Chris. They did their engagement session with Terra Bailey in Charleston over Easter! I had the pleasure of working with Paige for Hair & Makeup…though I can’t take much credit for the sexy windblown beach hair! These two are soooo cute and perfect for each other! As Paige puts it, Chris “gets” women, and Chris thinks Paige is the greatest thing since sliced bread!
I am already looking forward to their wedding and getting to see that gorgeous dress we talked about!

Meet Elizabeth! (or Liz as her mom refers to her) She is a senior this year at Fred. T Foard High School and was accepted to attend UNC-Chapel Hill next year!! I got to fix this pretty girl up with some hair and makeup last weekend in prep for her Senior Photo Shoot with Heather Machut Photography. I have to say – I think the photos came out fabulously!
